Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan continues over the summer as listed in the summer events calendar. Now is the time to be kind to yourself! Please drop in anytime, or come to all. Each class is its own entity of breathwork, a yoga set, a deep relaxation and a meditation. Yoga quiets the mind so that meditation and merger can occur. No yoga experience or flexibility is required.
