Winning Poets

The winners of the 2009 Worcester Poetry Association’s writing contest will read their works on Sunday, September 27th in the Sanctuary at 2:00 p.m. All welcome. No charge.

    Approximately 50 people attended. We heard first from James Haug, this year's judge who also read several of his poems. Then the six winners each read their winning poems and one or two others. A coffee and pastries reception followed. Everyone enjoyed being at the church and expressed thanks for being able to use the space.
